One of the best examples in the country. Unmolested, adult owned, perfect working order. Engine is extremely strong. The 1987 was the first full year of production for the MKIII Supra and was the first Supra to break away from the Celica with a completely different body style. The MKIII is widely thought to be the best looking Supra. The in-line 6 cylinder turbocharged engine produces approximately 230 brake horsepower at the wheels and can be easily modified to produce much, much more. Some have well over 800hp. The engine is mated to a Toyota R-154 5 speed transmission and limited-slip differential. While this particular car is in excellent condition inside and out, it is also a daily driver. A/C does a great job of keeping things cool inside. All mechanical and electrical components on the car are fully functional. This car can be driven across the country tomorrow without concern, although I would stay clear of snow covered or icy roads. The stereo has been upgraded and has IPOD connectivity.
